Invite to a what I consume in a day! After sharing my weight loss journey I had a lot of requests for more dish suggestions as well as foods I consume to stay lean. In this video clip I’m bringing you along for a complete day of consuming as well as giving you a grocery haul with healthy and balanced foods that have lots of nutritious value.

. Baked oats!

Mix all these active ingredients in mixer:
. 1/2 mug rolled oats
. 1/2 banana (make use of a ripe one if you have it).
1/2 mug almond milk.
1tsp baking powder.
Splash vanilla.
Dashboard cinnamon.
1 egg (really did not do this in the video clip but recommend bc it will be means fluffier).

Put into recipe and add icy fruit.
Bake on 350 for 35 min or up until desired consistency.
