WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (-30LBS) | high-protein meals, healthy recipes, maintain my weight loss

In today’s video clip I’m taking you via everything I eat in a day to preserve my 30 lb weight management! I’ve been loving sharing more of my meals with you people, so I wanted to show you several of my best high-protein dishes that are simple, easy to make, and in fact SO good.
We’re starting the day with morning meal, after that heading to the health club for a shoulder exercise, and obviously I’m bringing you along for all of my dishes, snacks, and every little thing in between. I’m a massive follower that keeping your results does not have to suggest eating dull food or sensation limited. I simply concentrate on meals I genuinely delight in, obtaining adequate protein, and staying constant with my regimen.

Breakfast:
Coconut Cookie Overnight Oats.
Active ingredients.
* 40 g rolled oats.

* 1/2 mug Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
* 1/2 cup bitter almond milk.
* 1 tbsp chia seeds.
* 1 tsp maple syrup.
* 1/2 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes (combined in).
Toppings.
* 2-3 sliced up strawberries.
* 10– 15 g melted dark chocolate.
* 1/2 tbsp Toasted coconut flakes.
* Honey drizzle.
Instructions.
1. Integrate the oats, healthy protein powder, chia seeds, and toasted coconut flakes in a container or dish.
2. Include the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and syrup. Mix until smooth.
3. Include a layer of sliced strawberries, then your dissolved dark delicious chocolate and surface with some toasted coconut flakes.
4. Refrigerate over night (or a minimum of 4-5 hours).
5. Prior to offering, include a drizzle with honey and delight in!

Lunch:.
Spicy Shrimp Sushi Bowl.
Components.
For the Bowl.
* 100 g cooked basmati rice.
* 100 g shrimp, peeled off & deveined.
* 50 g shelled edamame.
* 50 g shredded carrots.
* 50 g cucumber, diced.
* 50 g avocado, diced.
For the Shrimp.
* 2 cloves garlic, minced.
* Lemon juice.
* 1/2 tsp paprika.
* 1/2 tsp onion powder.
* Salt & black pepper, to taste.
* Cooking spray (or 1 tsp olive oil).
Spicy Mayo.
* 15 g light mayo.
* 1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste).
Directions.
1. Prepare the basmati rice according to package instructions.
2. Period the shrimp with paprika, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high warm and layer with cooking spray. Include the garlic and chef for 30 seconds.
4. Include the shrimp and chef for 1– 2 mins per side until pink and completely prepared. Eliminate from the heat and throw with the lemon juice.
5. In a tiny dish, mix the light mayo and sriracha till smooth.
6. Assemble your dish with the rice, shrimp, edamame, carrots, cucumber, and avocado.
7. Drizzle with the spicy mayo and delight in!

Froyo Greek Yogurt Bowl.
200g oikos vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt.
50g frozen blueberries.
10g peanut butter.
5g honey.
✨ ~ 220 cals 23g healthy protein.
Supper:.
Leading Sirloin Steak, Baked Potato & Green Beans.
Components.
125g prepared leading sirloin steak.
1 baked potato, concerning 150– 160g.
100g eco-friendly beans.
1/2– 1 tablespoon butter.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Garlic powder.
Actions.
Cook the potato: Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Pierce the potato a few times with a fork and cook for concerning 1 hour, or up until soft and cosy inside.
Period the steak: Season both sides of the top sirloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the steak: Heat a frying pan over medium-high warmth and burn the steak on both sides up until it reaches medium-rare (about 130– 135 ° F internally). Allow it relax for 5– 10 mins before slicing.
Cook the green beans: Steam or sauté 100g eco-friendly beans till tender, seasoning with a little salt and pepper.
Offer: Slice open the baked potato and top with 1/2 butter and salt. Offer alongside the sliced steak and eco-friendly beans.

Sweet Treat:.
Packed Frozen Dates.
Active ingredients.
* 3 Medjool days.
* 25g banana, cut.
* 15g Hu Chocolate Gems.
* 1 tsp coconut oil.
Actions.
1. Slice the dates open, eliminate the pits, and lay them flat.
2. Cut the banana and area a few pieces in the facility of each date.
3. Add the chocolate gems and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 3-second periods, stirring in between each, till smooth.
4. Pour the dissolved chocolate over the days and include pink salt.
