Granola Recipe.
( Measurements do not need to be exact – utilize what you’ve got!).
1/2 mug oats.
1/2 mug walnuts.
1/2 cup cut almonds.
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds.
1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
1/3 cup flax meal.
1/3 cup coconut oil (thawed).
1/3 cup maple syrup.
1/4 cup chia seeds.
1 tablespoon vanilla.
2 tsps cinnamon.
Pinch of sea salt.
Mix all components together, position on baking tray and also enable to bake in oven at 300 F/ 150 C.
for regarding 15-20 mins (or until golden brownish).
