Recipe 1: Green Salad
Ingredients:
Salt, Tomato, Lettuce, Cabbage, Cucumber, Capsicum, Onion, Vinegar, Lemon juice, Olive oil
Prep work Method:
1. In a big dish, include all the leafy veggie, tomato, onion, cucumber, capsicum and blend well.
2. For clothing, add vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Gently toss the salad.
4. Salad is all set.

Recipe 2: Green Beans Sabji
Components:
Salt, Cumin seed, Coriander, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Cooking oil, Mango powder, Garam masala, French beans, Asafoetida
Prep work Method:
1. Pressure cook french beans with water as well as salt.
2. In a pan, warm oil as well as cumin seed, add hing and also transfer prepared beans in it.
3. Include all the seasonings.
4. Mix well as well as sabji is ready.

Recipe 3: Palak Pulao
Ingredients:
Salt, Ginger, Ghee, Green chilli, Coriander leaves, onion small, Rice, Spinach
Prep work Method:
1. In a frying pan include ghee, onion and also eco-friendly chillies as well as fry.
2. Add carefully sliced palak leaves momentarily till they shrink and also change their colour.
3. Add peas, rice as well as salt to preference.
4. Mix well as well as the recipe is all set.

Recipe 4: Methi ka Thepla
Ingredients:
Salt, Ginger, Cooking oil, Chillies completely dry, Fenugreek leaves, Wheat flour, Gingelly seeds, Omum, Turmeric, Chickpea flour, Chilli powder, Curd
Prep work Method:
1. Add all the ingredients with salt to taste and also make a soft dough making use of some water.
2. Roll it right into a chapati and also chef on a hot pan.
3. Brush some ghee on it and also thepla is all set.
