* Preheat stove to 450.
* 8lbs hen legs (bone-in weight).
* 4 (1lb) bags of Brussel Sprouts.
* 4 Green Onions.
* 3 Lemons.
* 1 TBS Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
* 1/4 mug Avocado Oil.

Roll 4 lbs of Brussel sprouts and 4 sliced environment-friendly onions in oil mix and location on 2 big sheet pans. Spread out chicken legs over the 2 big sheet pans.
